The following Terms and Conditions are a legal contract between a governmental entity or private business and Sign Language Interpreting, LLC.

Introduction

Please read these terms of use carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Sign Language Interpreting, LLC may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Industry Standard Terms and Conditions

Sign Language Interpreting, LLC follows the typical industry standard terms and conditions. Unless specifically negotiated, we have a flat rate which includes potential travel and the first 2 hours of any assignment.
If the assignment is cancelled with less than 2 business-days notice, we will bill in full. It is practically impossible to re-book any time reserved for your assignment with less notice.

Declination to Provide Services

Sign Language Interpreting, LLC reserves the right to turn down any assignment for any reason. Especially if it is deemed that we are not the best most professional fit for your assignment.
